- You have a PTSD diagnosis based on standard criteria.
- The traumatic event happened between 1 and 20 years ago.
- You do not have certain other serious mental health conditions, like schizophrenia or bipolar I disorder.
- No other mental health condition (like anxiety or depression) has been the main focus of your treatment in the last 6 months.
- You have not already completed two or more full courses of trauma-focused therapy.
