Who can take part

  • Your child is between 4 and 6 years old.
  • Your child is generally cooperative and comfortable with a dentist.
  • Your child has no other major health problems.
  • The cavity is in a back baby tooth (molar) and is not too deep.
  • That tooth has not been hurting on its own or when tapped.
  • The tooth is not infected or abscessed.
  • There are no problems with the tooth roots or bone around it.
