Who can take part

  • You have liver cirrhosis, chronic hepatitis B, or a history of liver cancer, or you are an adult liver transplant patient.
  • You had both a contrast-enhanced ultrasound and a contrast-enhanced CT or MRI within 2 months before surgery.
  • You have clear results from a biopsy or from examining the tumor after surgery.
  • Your medical records, including imaging and pathology reports, are complete.
  • You have not received chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted therapy, or local treatments like TACE or ablation for your liver lesions.
  • You do not have certain types of contrast enhancement seen on ultrasound that would make LI-RADS unsuitable.
