Who can take part

  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • You have advanced cancer that cannot be surgically removed or has spread, and it has not responded to or you cannot tolerate standard treatments.
  • Your cancer type must be one of the following: AGA-positive non-small cell lung cancer (with specific gene changes like EGFR, ALK, or others) or HER2 IHC 0 breast cancer.
  • You have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans, and you have not had prior treatment with certain antibody-drug combinations like DS-8201.
  • You are in good enough health to walk and care for yourself (ECOG score 0 or 1) and your vital organs are working well.
