Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- Your cancer is advanced or has spread and has not improved with standard treatments.
- You are generally able to care for yourself (ECOG score 0 or 1).
- You have at least one tumor that can be measured and has not been treated with radiation (unless it has grown after treatment).
- Your organs (bone marrow, liver, kidneys, heart, etc.) are working well enough, based on blood tests and an echocardiogram.
- You agree to use effective birth control during the study and for 24 weeks after.
- You have not had certain prior treatments, including a type of antibody-drug conjugate that contains a topoisomerase I inhibitor (like DS-8201 or HER3-DXd).
