Who can take part
- You have a type of solid tumor (like lung, breast, or colon cancer) that has spread or can't be removed with surgery, and standard treatments have stopped working or you couldn't take them.
- You have at least one tumor spot outside your brain that can be measured on scans and hasn't been treated with radiation, or has grown after radiation.
- You are at least 18 years old and in fairly good health (able to do daily activities with little or no help, and expected to live at least 3 months).
- Your organs (liver, kidneys, bone marrow, heart) must be working well enough based on blood and heart tests.
- You cannot have active or uncontrolled brain tumors, or any history of a certain type of ADC (antibody-drug conjugate) that contains a drug like irinotecan.
- You must agree to use effective birth control during the study and for 24 weeks after the last dose.
