Who can take part
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You must have advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) that has spread and is not curable with surgery or radiation alone.
- If you have not yet received any systemic treatment for advanced NSCLC, you may qualify. If you have already had treatment, your tumor must have a HER2 mutation or high HER2 levels.
- You must have at least one measurable tumor outside the brain, and provide a tumor tissue sample for testing.
- Your cancer should not have other treatable genetic changes (like EGFR, ALK, or ROS1), and you cannot have active brain metastases or serious lung conditions.
