Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 70 years old.
  • You have advanced liver cancer (HCC) that cannot be removed by surgery and has spread to the main blood vessel of the liver (portal vein) or to a few other spots (up to 5 total, in up to 3 different organs).
  • Your liver function is well enough (Child-Pugh class A) and you are able to do your daily activities (ECOG performance status 0 or 1).
  • You have had no previous targeted immunotherapy (like PD-1/PD-L1 or CTLA-4 drugs) or certain other immunotherapies for liver cancer.
  • You do not have active bleeding risk, such as untreated varices (swollen veins in the esophagus or stomach), recent bleeding, or need for strong blood thinners.
