  • You have a diagnosis of schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, bipolar disorder, or major depression.
  • You speak and understand English comfortably.
  • You live at a permanent address and can come and go freely from that residence.
  • You are able to make your own medical decisions (no legal guardian).
