Who can take part

  • You are less than 20 weeks pregnant (about 4.5 months).
  • You plan to breastfeed your baby and give them age-appropriate foods later.
  • You will get your pregnancy care at the same health center until your baby is at least 10 months old.
  • You do not have a serious health condition like uncontrolled diabetes, advanced kidney disease, or a bleeding disorder.
  • You have not had a previous baby born very early (before 32 weeks) or weighing under 3.3 pounds.
