Who can take part

  • You have HER2-positive breast cancer that has spread or is advanced.
  • You have already been treated with T-DXd (Enhertu) and your cancer still grew while on it.
  • You are well enough to be up and about (ECOG score 0 or 1).
  • You must have at least two tumors that are big enough and active enough to be seen on a scan.
  • Your heart, kidneys, liver, and blood counts are healthy enough for the study.
