Who can take part

  • Age 18 or older
  • Able to speak and understand Cantonese and read written Chinese
  • Have access to Zoom, online surveys, course materials, and WhatsApp or SMS
  • Not currently experiencing severe depression or anxiety
  • No history of bipolar disorder, mania, psychosis, schizophrenia, dementia, intellectual disability, or recent major trauma or loss
  • No current suicidal thoughts, alcohol or drug abuse, or other serious health issues that might interfere with participation
