Who can take part

  • You are between 12 and 17 years old and live in Hong Kong.
  • You have been feeling anxious or depressed, with a score of 10 or higher on a standard questionnaire.
  • You can read Chinese and have internet access and an email address.
  • A parent or guardian agrees to let you join and signs a consent form.
  • You have not had other psychological treatment for anxiety or depression in the last 3 months, and you are not currently in another similar study.
