Who can take part

  • You must have a type of cancer (solid tumor) that is advanced, has spread, or cannot be removed, and standard treatments have either stopped working or are not available.
  • You need to have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans.
  • You must be in relatively good physical condition (able to care for yourself and up and about more than half of your waking hours).
  • Your organs (like liver, kidneys, bone marrow) must be working well enough.
  • If you could become pregnant or get someone pregnant, you must agree to use highly effective birth control during the study and for several months afterward.
