  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You are currently admitted to the hospital.
  • You will have at least 2 creatinine blood tests during your stay.
  • You do not have end-stage kidney disease or need dialysis.
  • You have not had a kidney transplant or kidney removal surgery during this hospital stay.
