This trial tests a new treatment made from your own immune cells (called tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes) that are genetically modified to fight cancer better. It is for people with certain advanced solid tumors that have not responded well to other treatments.

Who can take part
- You must have one of these cancers that has spread or cannot be removed: melanoma, non-small cell lung cancer, head and neck cancer, colorectal cancer, pancreatic cancer, or cervical cancer.
- Your tumor must have grown after at least one prior treatment, including immunotherapy or chemotherapy, depending on the cancer type.
- You must have a tumor that can be surgically removed to make the treatment (at least 1.5 cm in size or 5 core needle biopsies).
- You must have at least one other tumor that can be measured after the surgery.
- You must be 18 or older and have a life expectancy of at least 12 weeks.
- You must be in good general health, with adequate organ function (blood, kidney, liver) and an ECOG performance status of 0 or 1.
- You must not have certain medical conditions like active infections, autoimmune diseases, uncontrolled brain metastases, or significant heart or lung problems.
- You must be willing to use effective birth control during and for 3 months after treatment.
