Who can take part
- You must have one of these cancers that has spread or cannot be removed: melanoma, non-small cell lung cancer, head and neck cancer, colorectal cancer, pancreatic cancer, or cervical cancer.
- Your tumor must have grown after at least one prior treatment, including immunotherapy or chemotherapy, depending on the cancer type.
- You must have a tumor that can be surgically removed to make the treatment (at least 1.5 cm in size or 5 core needle biopsies).
- You must have at least one other tumor that can be measured after the surgery.
- You must be 18 or older and have a life expectancy of at least 12 weeks.
- You must be in good general health, with adequate organ function (blood, kidney, liver) and an ECOG performance status of 0 or 1.
- You must not have certain medical conditions like active infections, autoimmune diseases, uncontrolled brain metastases, or significant heart or lung problems.
- You must be willing to use effective birth control during and for 3 months after treatment.
