Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 70 years old.
- You have an advanced solid tumor that has not improved with standard treatments or for which no standard treatment exists.
- You are expected to live longer than 6 months.
- You are generally active and able to care for yourself (ECOG score 0 or 1).
- You have adequate organ function, including blood counts, liver, and kidney function.
- You must not have serious heart, lung, or brain conditions, active infections, or other cancers in the last 2 years.
- Your tumor must be accessible to collect cells to make the personalized therapy.
