Study of tumor-infiltrating lymphocyte therapy for advanced non-small cell lung cancer
Treatments studied
Part of Cancer, Lungs & breathing clinical trials.
This trial tests a new cell therapy that uses your own immune cells (TILs) to fight lung cancer. If you have advanced non-small cell lung cancer and standard treatments haven't worked, this treatment might help your immune system attack the cancer more effectively.
Summary written for real people, not researchers, by Clin2.
Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 75 years old.
- You have advanced non-small cell lung cancer that has grown or returned after standard treatments, or you couldn't tolerate those treatments.
- You have at least one tumor that can be surgically removed or biopsied to make the study treatment (special immune cells).
- You have at least one other tumor that can be measured on scans and hasn't been treated with radiation recently.
- You are physically active enough to do light work or daily tasks (ECOG performance status of 0 or 1).

This Phase 2 study tests a T-cell–based immunotherapy for people with metastatic non-small cell lung cancer that has grown despite prior treatment. It may help your immune system recognize and fight your cancer using cells made from your tumor.
This trial tests a treatment that uses your own immune cells, called TILs, to fight advanced solid tumors. The cells are taken from a biopsy of your tumor, multiplied in a lab, and then given back to you. It might help if you have tried other treatments without success, or if no standard treatment is available.
This trial tests a type of immune cell treatment called TIL (tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes) in people with advanced solid cancers. It may help your immune system better recognize and attack tumors, especially if standard treatments have not worked.
This trial studies a treatment called TIL therapy, which uses your own immune cells grown from a tumor sample, to treat advanced cancers of the liver/bile ducts or pancreas. It’s mainly for people whose standard treatments have already failed (or none exist), and who can safely provide tumor tissue for the cell preparation.
This trial tests a new treatment using your own immune cells (called TILs) to fight advanced non-small cell lung cancer. The cells are taken from a tumor, multiplied in a lab, and given back to you to help your body attack the cancer.
This trial tests a personalized treatment using your own immune cells (called TILs) to fight advanced non-small cell lung cancer that has progressed after standard therapy. You would have surgery to collect a tumor sample, then receive your expanded immune cells back as an infusion.
