Who can take part

  • You have upper tract urothelial cancer (cancer in the kidney or ureter) that has high-risk features like being deep, high-grade, or in lymph nodes.
  • Your cancer cells tested positive for HER2 (score 2+ or 3+).
  • You have already had surgery to remove all visible cancer, and imaging shows no spread at least 4 weeks after surgery.
  • You cannot receive cisplatin chemotherapy (e.g., due to kidney problems).
  • You are in good overall health (able to perform daily activities) and your blood counts and organ function are within safe limits.
