Who can take part
- You have ureteral cancer with high-risk features such as multiple tumors, aggressive cell type (G3), or deep invasion (T2-4).
- You have had surgery to remove part of the ureter or the entire kidney and ureter.
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have had a CT scan of your abdomen and pelvis within the last 4 weeks that shows no cancer spread to other organs or lymph nodes.
- You have not had other cancers in the last 5 years except for non-melanoma skin cancer or ductal carcinoma in situ of the breast.
- You are willing to complete study required tests and follow-ups and to sign a consent form.
