Who can take part

  • You must be 18 years or older.
  • You must have a type of advanced solid tumor, such as lung or colorectal cancer, that has been treated before.
  • You must be able to do your daily activities with little help (ECOG score 0 or 1).
  • You must have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans.
  • You must not have severe allergies to the study drug or similar treatments.
  • You must not have untreated brain metastases or active infections needing recent antibiotics.
