Who can take part

  • You are between 18–29 or 40–65 years old.
  • You are generally healthy with no major heart, lung, kidney, or other chronic conditions.
  • You do at least 2 hours of moderate-to-vigorous exercise each week (like brisk walking or jogging).
  • You are used to strength training or have recently had a job that involved carrying boxes.
  • You have not used nicotine products in the past 6 months.
