Who can take part

  • Be age 65 or older
  • Have no major ongoing health problems based on your medical history and checkup
  • Do not have known heart disease
  • Do not have certain heart findings on screening tests (like an abnormal ECG or signs of reduced blood flow to the heart)
  • Do not smoke now, and you must not have smoked in the past 3 years
  • Have a body mass index (BMI) under 31
