  • Your BMI is between 25 and 39.9 (you are considered overweight or moderately obese)
  • You are between 18 and 60 years old
  • You can read and understand Spanish
  • You have internet access and a computer or smartphone
  • You do not have certain medical conditions or take medication for depression
  • You do not have an eating disorder or severe mental health issues
