Who can take part
- You speak and read English at a 6th grade level or higher.
- Your body mass index (BMI) is between 25 and 50.
- You can walk two city blocks without needing to stop.
- You own a smartphone.
- You have not lost 5% or more of your body weight in the last 6 months.
- You are not currently taking any weight loss medication or in another weight loss program.
- You have not had heart-related issues like chest pain or fainting in the past year.
- If female, you are not pregnant and do not plan to become pregnant in the next 18 months.
