Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 80 years old.
- You have locally advanced esophageal cancer that cannot be surgically removed and has been previously treated with radiation and/or chemotherapy.
- You have not had your cancer come back or spread at a checkup 2-3 weeks after your last treatment.
- You are able to provide a fresh tissue sample from your tumor.
- You have good organ function and a performance status of 0 or 1 (meaning you are up and active).
- If you could become pregnant or father a child, you agree to use effective birth control.
