Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 65 years old.
- Your body mass index (BMI) is 28 or higher (obese), OR between 24 and 28 (overweight) with a weight-related health problem like prediabetes, high blood pressure, abnormal cholesterol, fatty liver, sleep apnea, or joint pain.
- You have not taken any weight-loss drugs (like Ozempic or Wegovy) for at least 3 months.
- You do not have diabetes (type 1 or type 2).
- You are willing to follow a study diet and lifestyle plan and use contraception if you could become pregnant or father a child.
