Who can take part

  • You must be 18 years or older.
  • Your bone marrow function is poor after a stem cell transplant, or your aplastic anemia has come back or not responded to standard treatments.
  • You must be able to take care of yourself and be up and about more than 50% of the day (ECOG score 0 or 1).
  • Your doctor thinks you are likely to live at least 6 more months.
  • You cannot have severe graft-versus-host disease (GVHD) or an active cancer needing treatment.
