Who can take part

  • You have acute GVHD that is either standard risk or high risk as defined by your doctor.
  • You have not received any prior systemic treatment for acute GVHD (topical or non-absorbed steroids are okay).
  • Your blood counts are adequate: neutrophils at least 500-1000 and platelets at least 20,000 (with support if needed).
  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have not taken ruxolitinib or similar drugs within the last 7 days or ever for GVHD.
  • You do not have uncontrolled infections, severe organ failure, or relapsed cancer requiring immunosuppression withdrawal.
