Who can take part
- You must be between 18 and 70 years old.
- You must weigh at least 50 kg (if male) or 40 kg (if female).
- Your body mass index (BMI) must be between 19 and 32.
- If you have normal liver function, you must not have taken any medication in the last 28 days (or longer).
- If you have liver problems, you must not have had serious complications like bleeding or very low blood sugar in the last 3 months.
- You cannot have a history of certain thyroid cancers or pancreatitis.
