Who can take part
- You have been diagnosed with stomach cancer (adenocarcinoma).
- You are between 20 and 85 years old.
- Your cancer is at clinical stages T3 or T4a (tumor has grown through the stomach wall but hasn't spread to distant organs).
- You are healthy enough for surgery (ECOG 0-1, ASA class I-III).
- You haven't had prior stomach or omentum surgery that would affect this procedure.
- You agree to be available for follow-up visits for 3 years after surgery.
