Who can take part
- You are 65 years or older and have been diagnosed with or are being checked for a major memory or thinking problem.
- You live at home, in a retirement home, an intermediate residence, or a family-type resource in the CISSS CA region.
- You can give your own consent to join the study, or you have a caregiver who can give consent for you.
- You allow the research team to look at your medical records.
- OR you are a caregiver for someone 65+ with a major memory or thinking problem living in the CISSS CA region, and you can consent for yourself.
- You are not living in a long-term care home (like a nursing home) at the time of joining.
