Who can take part
- You must be between 18 and 70 years old
- You must have a type of lymphoma called large B-cell lymphoma that has not been treated before and tests positive for CD19
- You must be generally healthy enough to undergo the procedure (good organ function, no active infections)
- You must not have lymphoma that has spread to your brain or spinal cord
- You must not have had a stem cell or organ transplant before
- You must not have received certain other treatments like other CAR T-cell therapies or immune checkpoint therapy
