- 18 to 75 years old
- Diagnosed with advanced-stage stomach lining changes (OLGIM stage II to IV) in the last 3 months
- No current H. pylori infection (if treated, must be confirmed cleared)
- No regular use of NSAIDs (like ibuprofen) or statins (cholesterol drugs)
- No stomach surgery or cancer history
