CAR-T followed by antibody treatment for lymphoma

This Phase 2 study looks at giving CAR-T cell therapy first, then follow-up “bispecific” antibody medicines to help keep large B-cell lymphoma from coming back. It’s for people whose lymphoma returned or did not respond to prior standard treatments and who still have measurable disease on scans.

CAR-T therapy for hard-to-treat B-cell lymphoma

This trial tests a CAR-T cell treatment made to target CD19 on lymphoma cells (PL001). It’s for people whose B-cell lymphoma has come back or not responded to standard treatments, aiming to shrink the cancer and help control the disease.

NCT07676877Not yet recruiting· Phase 1
Low-dose radiation before CAR-T for large B-cell lymphoma

This trial tests whether adding low-dose total body radiation before standard CAR-T cell therapy (Kymriah) helps people with relapsed or refractory large B-cell lymphoma. It aims to improve the effectiveness of the CAR-T cells.

Pill-based pre-CAR-T therapy for high-risk B-cell lymphoma

This study tests a new way to prepare for CAR-T cell therapy for people with aggressive B-cell lymphoma who cannot have a stem cell transplant. Instead of using strong chemotherapy before CAR-T, this trial uses a pill-based regimen to keep the cancer under control and help the CAR-T cells work better.

CD19 CAR-T for newly diagnosed high-risk large B-cell lymphoma

This study tests a customized cancer treatment called CD19 CAR-T for people newly diagnosed with certain high-risk large B-cell lymphoma. It aims to see whether this treatment can help control the lymphoma, especially in higher-risk cases.
