Gentle Shoulder Stretches for Frozen Shoulder Treatment

Adhesive Capsulitis

This study compares two types of gentle shoulder stretching techniques (Kaltenborn Translatoric Glides vs. Traction Mobilization) to see which one helps reduce pain and improve movement in people with frozen shoulder. Who can take part

  • You are between 40 and 65 years old.
  • You have had shoulder pain for more than 3 months.
  • Your frozen shoulder has no known cause (like an infection or inflammatory condition).
  • You have limited shoulder movement in a specific pattern called 'capsular pattern'.
  • You do not have other shoulder issues such as fractures, dislocations, or rotator cuff injuries.
  • You have not had shoulder surgery or a recent shoulder injury, and you do not have neurological, rheumatologic, or thyroid conditions.
