Who can take part
- You are between 35 and 70 years old
- You have frozen shoulder in only one arm (not both)
- Your shoulder has been stiff and painful for 3 to 9 months
- Your shoulder pain is at least 4 out of 10 during movement
- You have not had shoulder surgery, fracture, or dislocation in the past
- You have not received a steroid injection into your shoulder in the last 3 months
