  • You are between 18 and 65 years old
  • A doctor diagnosed you with a concussion at least 3 months ago (but no more than 5 years)
  • You still have at least 3 symptoms from your concussion, like headaches, dizziness, or trouble focusing
  • You have not used psychedelics (like psilocybin or LSD) many times in the past
  • You can read and write in English
