Who can take part
- You are 18 or older.
- You had a stroke (ischemic or hemorrhagic) at least 12 months ago, confirmed by a brain scan.
- You are not currently taking certain antidepressants, mood stabilizers, or seizure medications.
- You have no history of schizophrenia, psychosis, bipolar I, or a serious suicide attempt.
- You are willing to stop certain medications, supplements, and avoid driving after psilocybin treatment.
- You have a friend or family member who can be contacted by the study team if needed.
