  • You have high myopia with an eye length of at least 26 mm.
  • You have cataracts and are being treated at the study hospital.
  • You've had eye exams before surgery, including photos and OCT scans.
  • If you have surgery, you will be followed for at least one month after.
  • Your medical records are complete with no missing data.
  • You can cooperate with all the eye exams needed for the study.
