  • You must be at least 18 years old when the eye image was taken.
  • The image must be a type used in eye exams, like a photo of the back of the eye or a special scan called OCT.
  • The image must be clear and good enough for a doctor to read.

  • The image must be from your regular eye care, not from a research study.
