Who can take part

  • Must have taken part in the earlier MNPR-101-D001 study.
  • If you could become pregnant, you need a negative pregnancy test and must use effective birth control during and for 3 months after treatment.
  • No chemotherapy, radiation (except short palliative), or immunotherapy within 2 weeks before starting the study drug.
  • Your organs (bone marrow, liver, kidneys) must be working well enough—your blood counts, liver enzymes, and kidney function need to be in a healthy range.
  • You cannot have had serious side effects from the previous study that lasted more than 30 days or were Grade 4.
