  • You are 65 years or older
  • You do not have diabetes or high blood sugar (over 126 mg/dL)
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is 30 or less
  • You are not currently smoking or using tobacco products
  • You do not have a history of blood clots or take blood thinners like warfarin
