Who can take part
- You have recurrent or persistent ovarian, fallopian tube, or primary peritoneal cancer that is clear cell or endometrioid type (at least 50% of the tumor must be one of these types).
- Your tumor has a specific change (mutation) in the ARID1A gene, found by a genetic test.
- You have had at least two prior chemotherapy treatments, or your cancer is resistant to platinum-based chemotherapy (progressed within 6 months of the last platinum treatment).
- You have not taken a PARP inhibitor (like olaparib) or temozolomide before.
- You are able to take oral medications and have no serious gut problems that would affect drug absorption.
- You are at least 18 years old, have a good enough organ function, and are not pregnant or breastfeeding.
