Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 65 years old.
  • You do not currently have major depression, or if you had it in the past, you have been well for at least 2 months.
  • Your risk of depression is in the top 20% compared to others your age and sex in Canada.
  • You agree to be contacted for follow-up calls or surveys.
  • You can speak and understand English or French.
  • You are not currently having thoughts of harming yourself (based on a brief questionnaire).
