Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older and willing to follow the study procedures.
- You had stage II to IIIB (N2 only) non-small cell lung cancer that could be removed with surgery before starting treatment.
- You received 3 to 4 cycles of standard PD-1 inhibitor combined with platinum-based chemotherapy before surgery.
- After surgery, your tumor still had at least 10% residual cancer cells (meaning you did not have a major pathologic response).
- You had complete surgical removal of all visible cancer with clear margins and lymph node dissection.
- You do not have severe side effects from the previous immunotherapy or other serious health problems that would interfere.
