Who can take part

  • You are 18 or older.
  • You have colorectal cancer that has spread or cannot be removed, and standard treatments (like chemo, targeted therapy, or immunotherapy) are no longer working or you cannot take them.
  • Your tumor has a specific genetic marker called dMMR or MSI-H (a type of mismatch repair deficiency).
  • You have at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan.
  • You are generally well enough to be up and about (able to do light activities) and not needing bed rest more than half of the day.
  • You are willing to use effective birth control if you or your partner could become pregnant.
