  • You are between 18 and 75 years old
  • You have been diagnosed with colorectal cancer that has spread to other parts of the body and has a RAS mutation
  • You haven't had any treatment for your advanced cancer, or you have tried only one prior treatment and it stopped working or caused side effects
  • You are generally up and active (ECOG score 0 or 1), meaning you can take care of yourself and do daily activities
  • You do not have certain other cancers, serious heart or lung problems, or a high risk of bleeding
