Who can take part
- You are 18 or older and have been diagnosed with colorectal cancer that has spread or cannot be removed by surgery.
- You have tried standard treatments (like chemotherapy or targeted therapy) and they no longer work, or you cannot take them because of side effects.
- You have at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan (but not one that was previously treated with surgery or radiation, unless it has clearly grown).
- Your overall health is good enough to perform daily activities (ECOG score 0-2), and your doctor expects you to live at least 12 more weeks.
- You are not pregnant or breastfeeding, and if you are of childbearing age, you agree to use effective birth control during and for 6 months after treatment.
- You do not have certain serious health problems like uncontrolled infections, autoimmune diseases, or cancer that has spread to the brain.
