Who can take part
- You are 18 or older and have been diagnosed with obstructive sleep apnea (OSA).
- You are about to start or are using CPAP therapy for your sleep apnea.
- You have been living with your partner for at least one year.
- Your partner does not have sleep apnea and does not use a CPAP machine.
- Both you and your partner have your own smartphones or devices that can access the internet.
- You and your partner do not work regular overnight shifts, and you both speak and write in English.
