Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 65 years old.
  • Your weight is at least 50 kg (men) or 45 kg (women), with a BMI between 19 and 25.
  • Your sitting blood pressure is in a healthy range (systolic 100-139, diastolic 70-89) and you don't have drops in blood pressure when standing.
  • You are generally healthy, with no significant medical conditions or abnormal lab results.
  • You agree to avoid certain medications, supplements, caffeine, alcohol, smoking, and grapefruit during the study.
